Welcome to RideNow, the go-to choice for quick and easy car rentals in Singapore. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rental Requirements

In order to rent a car from RideNow, you must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license. International drivers must also have a valid passport and an International Driving Permit (IDP).

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us at finance@ridenowtop.com or +65 6688 8591. Payment can be made through credit card or cash upon arrival. A security deposit may also be required.

3. Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time with no penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up will incur a cancellation fee.

4. Rental Period

The rental period begins and ends at the specified pick-up and drop-off times. Any changes to the rental period must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

5. Vehicle Usage

The rented vehicle must only be used for personal use and cannot be used for commercial purposes. The vehicle must also not be driven outside of Singapore without prior approval from RideNow.

6. Vehicle Condition

Upon return, the vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was rented. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the renter.

7. Liability

RideNow is not liable for any accidents, damages, or losses that occur during the rental period. The renter is responsible for any traffic violations or fines incurred while using the vehicle.
